PromoClips produces short-form property promotional videos from listing photos and listing information provided by the customer. Videos are delivered as a shareable link via email.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are displayed in USD or AUD depending on your selected market. All sales are final.
We aim to deliver your video within a few hours of receiving a confirmed payment. Estimated delivery time may be longer during periods of high demand or in circumstances beyond our control (including infrastructure outages). We will email you immediately if a delay is expected.
If we are unable to produce your video for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We do not offer refunds for completed videos. If you are unsatisfied with the output, contact us and we will do our best to revise it.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use those photos. PromoClips retains the right to display completed videos as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise.
You may use your videos for any lawful purpose — social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations. You may not resell or sublicense the videos to third parties as a video production service.
PromoClips is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
