When you place an order we collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, property addresses, listing URLs, and the photos you upload. We also collect usage data via standard server logs.
Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. See stripe.com/privacy for their policy.
Uploaded photos are stored securely and used only to produce your video. Photos are deleted within 30 days of delivery.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to deliver the service (Stripe for payment processing, Brevo for email delivery) or as required by law.
Order data is retained for up to 2 years for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
